Combination Treatments
Daoyin Tao® can be combined very effectively with another therapy to provide a total relaxation experience of an hour or longer.

All treatments require a consultation of approximately 15 minutes at the start of the first treatment. Treatments are by appointment only.
I also teach Reiki on a one to one basis or in small groups of up to 4-6 people, depending on whether from Hemel Hempstead or at Bespoke Day Spa in Berkhamstead. Includes manual, certificate and refreshments.
Please note, different prices are applicable at Bespoke Day Spa.
Reiki 1 – 1 day course £80
An intensive day which covers all aspects of Reiki level one and is for people interested in self-healing and self development as well as for healing on family and friends. Participants are expected to do extra home based reading plus requirements.
Reiki 1 – 2 day course £150
Covers all aspects of Reiki level one with more practice of treatments, both seated and prone. More meditation is also included in this 2 day course.
Reiki 2 – 1 day course £90
An intensive day which covers all aspects of Reiki level 2 and is the next step on the Reiki journey. This is for people who wish to continue their self development or who wish to become a Reiki practitioner.
Reiki 2 – 2 day course £170
Covers all aspects of Reiki level two with more practice of treatments, meditation and information.
Reiki 3 – Advanced level – 1 day course £150
This day covers all required knowledge for level 3 training plus the master symbol. This enables participants to attain Reiki Master/Practitioner status.
Reiki Master/Teacher – 1 day course £160
This day is for those who wish to teach Reiki to others.
These are available to purchase and are valid for 6 months. Ideal for special occasions.
I try to keep my prices as low as I possibly can and the prices are based on treatments provided by me from my home treatment room. When working as a freelance therapist or home visits, different prices are applicable dependent on the venue.
24 hours notice is required for cancellation of an appointment or a 50% charge may be payable.
